Last Sunday, Lancôr has also launched a new project and 60% flats are pre booked in a week. That’s the level of excitement in this area.
A branded apartment adjacent to yet to launch Prestige is one such good property to buy. Today I got a sweet deal through one of the promoters ( JV – joint owners) of this property, where they offered a good discount for their share.
I am getting around 12 -15 Lakh less than the marker price, than the builder offers.
