Jayamaruthipuram is the name of the layout laid by Sri Ragavendra Real Estates, who had their office in T Nagar, Chennai.
It’s an DTCP Approved layout.
Lies exactly opposite to VGP Green Land.
All the roads are neatly laid with 30 or 40 feet road.
Good soil and you get water in 20 / 30 feet itself, since there is a nearby natural lake is available.
Its good buy for building residential homes since it’s a peaceful are with green nature.
When you buy a plot, please make sure, you have all the parent documents are in place, since the real estate company, who laid this layout is not in existence now.
Also, there is a high tension wire crossing through the layout, so when you buy a plot make sure, your plot does fall below the electrical lines.
If you get a property anywhere between 400 – 450, it’s a great and good buy.

Thanks for the useful information. I own a property in Ford Avenue, near Gokulapuram, MM from 2008. Last year when I visited this land, this area have not developed still for me to start construction. Can anyone guide me the following…

1) Current value per square feet.
2) Can I hold the property for constructing in future.
3) Is there any progress/construction takes place in and around surrounding.
