Today the high court has relaxed the blanket ban on registering unapproved properties. Any unapproved property that has been registered before Oct, 23rd, 2016 are allowed for selling and buying.
Also, the court has 
given additional time for the Tamil Nadu govt for coming up with a policy/ framework to organize land classifications. The next hearing is posted on April 7th, 2017.
