I have managed to give the exact market price and categorized it, for your reference.
These are the rates, after talking to multiple sources in the ground.
You can use it as a bench mark and be guided accordingly.
Please note the rates might vary marginally (+ or -) based on the demand and supply.
Also, for every layout, location, there are positives, negatives and what to be avoided etc.
