1) Not doing proper legal verification about the site and layout.
2) Carried away, by false hope given by brokers, developers.
3) Believe in large size attractive advertisements.
4) Buying at the rate, more than what we can afford!
5) Expecting immediate returns in short time.
Moral – Investing or buying a property should be a long term investment, properly evaluating the fundamentals
